Welcome to ExamNagar. By accessing or using our platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or signing in using Google OAuth on ExamNagar, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the website or services.

2. Description of Service

ExamNagar provides informational resources, including exam schedule notifications, admit card release announcements, and location information for exam centers. The services are provided "AS IS" and are meant solely for the convenience of candidates appearing for various examinations.

3. User Account & Security

To use our dashboard features, you must sign in via your Google Account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your Google session.
• Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.
• Acknowledge that we use secure HttpOnly cookies to rotate and secure your access tokens, and you must not attempt to tamper with these cookies.

4. WhatsApp Alerts & Opt-In/Opt-Out

During the first-time login onboarding flow, you are given the option to input your WhatsApp number to receive push alerts. You acknowledge that:

• Consent: By submitting your number, you give express consent to receive text/WhatsApp alerts from ExamNagar.
• No Obligation: You can choose to "Skip" this popup modal. Skipping onboarding will not restrict your access to any other core dashboard features.
• Opt-Out: If you wish to stop receiving WhatsApp alerts, you can clear or delete your number from your profile or contact our support channels to stop updates.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ExamNagar gathers exam data and locations from official public portals. However, we do **not** guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timing of any exam alert. **Candidates are strictly advised to double-check official government and board websites** for the final verify coordinates of their exam centers, admit cards, and datesheets.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExamNagar and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your inability to access or use the platform, or any mistakes in official exam notifications.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate revisions by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
